Le premier volume des Archives Star Wars de Paul Duncan sera prochainement réédité en VO au format XL, le troisième format après le format original XXL et la réédition tronquée dans la collection du quarantième anniversaire (512 pages).

Le contenu est identique à l'édition XXL (604 pages), sortie prévue au mois de juin.

On note une augmentation du prix de la collection XL qui est passée de 60 à 75 € en début d'année.


The Star Wars Archives 1977-1983 (Collection XL) de Paul Duncan (Taschen, 2024).

La collaboration entre The Walt Disney Family Museum et la maison d'édition californienne Weldon Owen se poursuit avec ce nouveau livre annoncé pour l'automne prochain (conjointement avec une nouvelle exposition au Walt Disney Family Museum ?).

Even by the standards of the 1970s, even compared to Jar-Jar Binks, the legendary 1978 Star Wars Holiday Special is a peerlessly cringeworthy pop-culture artifact. George Lucas, who completely disowned the production, reportedly has said, “If I had the time and a sledgehammer, I would track down every copy of that show and smash it.” Just how on earth did this thing ever see the light of day?
