[Chine] Shanghai Bund (20??)

La construction du parc "Shanghai Bund" a débutée en septembre dernier à Hengdian (2h30 de route de Hangzhou ou 360 km de Shanghai) sur le site des plus grands studios de cinéma du monde, Hengdian World Studios construits dans les années '90 (le premiers film y fut tourné en 1996).

Les treize plateaux actuels des studios sont déjà ouverts au public (hors tournage) et il faudrait 2 bonnes journées pour tous les parcourir!


Shanghai Bund Studio & Theme Park reconstituera la célèbre avenue de Shanghai et ses quartiers de 1900 à 1950 sur une superficie de 20 hectares. Plusieurs hôtels à thème accueilleront les visiteurs souhaitant loger sur le resort.

Le parc proposera un studio tram tour, diverses attractions et shows mais servira également de lieux de tournage pour différentes productions télévisées, cinématographiques et publicitaires.


“Shanghai Bund” Studio Theme Park Resort, slated to premiere in China in 2016. Located in the city of Hengdian, just a few hours from Shanghai, this new family resort will be home to a 50-acre family theme park, as well as a variety of themed hotel offerings, all centered around an exact recreation of the pre-war Shanghai Bund.

Constructing such a venue will allow Hengdian World Studios to address the incredible demand to film period dramas along the iconic water front locale, while also allowing the site to entertain the ever-growing number of tourists who flock to the city, where they’re able to watch content production first hand. These tourists will also be able to experience the Bund’s movie theme park, which has been designed within this project.”

The new studio and movie park will be home to several large-scale themed rides, shows, and studio tours that will transport guests inside the excitement and romance of the Bund’s golden era.

Instead of having separate areas for each — like most studio-themed parks — here they will be integrated into a single unit, made possible by the specialized placement of key production facilities and filming locations. This will allow both the theme park and the studio to simultaneously function completely uninterrupted by each other.

Il s'agit avant tout de studios de cinéma répartis sur 330 hectares et où ont déjà été tournés des centaines de films et plus de dix mille épisodes de séries télévisées.

Pour le nouveau plateau "Shanghai Bund" (le 14ème des studios), il a été décidé d'inclure des attractions et spectacles au plateau de tournage et d'en faire un véritable parc à thème. L'idée est plutôt intéressante.

Il faut aussi savoir que la Ville de Shanghai a interdit les tournages sur le véritable Bund depuis 1987 (le dernier film a y avoir été tourné est Empire of the Sun de Steven Spielberg) et que la demande d'un tel décor est dès lors très importante de la part des producteurs et réalisateurs chinois de cinéma et de télévision.

Waouw. Je suis assez fascinée par Shanghai et son histoire, imaginer me balader sur un Bund d'avant-guerre me laisse rêveuse.

Mr. Goddard said, "As a film director myself, we were thrilled with this project on several levels. First, to re-create The Bund in its pre-war condition was a designer's dream assignment. We are literally recreating a major international city in its pre-war state, making it a suitable shooting location for a host of motion picture productions. In this manner, the site will be able to function simultaneously both as a working movie studio and a tourist attraction."

These attractions are based upon classic Chinese motion picture genres and styles, and are sure to make this park's entertainment offerings truly unique."

Pour faire court, le groupe Goddard a été retenu pour concevoir le vaste studio de cinéma et le parc d'attraction nommé Shanghai Bund, situé à Hengdian, en Chine, à quelques heures de Shanghai. L'ensemble devra acceuillir à terme plusieurs manèges, des spectacles et des visites de studio. Ces attractions sont basées sur différents films chinois classiques.
